- Customer:
- Adxo Media applies this refund policy to all customers who make transactions and request a refund with Adxo Media without violating or suspecting fraud in payment. We may require confirmation of transaction information before making a refund.
- Refunded Balance:
- Adxo Media refunds the remaining balance at that time, including the remaining money on your the balance on the Adxo account.
- All incurred costs when using Adxo Media services will not be refunded.
- Adxo Media only refunds 100% of the amount in case our customer has not yet been granted a TikTok Ads account.
- TikTok Account Subscription or Purchase amount is non refundable in any case.
Note:
Adxo Media will not support refunding the remaining balance from a suspended ad account if our ad account is fined (suspended) for any reason as per TikTok policy.
Here are some typical reasons that can get an ad account suspended, and Adxo Media cannot guarantee refunds in these cases:
- Deploying products or services without obtaining prior approval from Adxo Media.
- Running prohibited products, such as weight loss, endocrine, sexual health, breast augmentation, MLM, financial, gambling, etc.
- Advertisers engaging in spam activities or other bad actor behaviors.
- Altering landing page content, running landing pages featuring individuals wearing badges, doctors, third-party logos, or having redirect links that violate unauthorized product guidelines.
- Users associated with ad accounts that have a history of policy violations, engage in system evasion, or intentionally fail to pay advertising expenses will have their accounts suspended without refunds.

- Payment Methods:
- Adxo Media will make a refund using the payment method and currency that customers used to pay for Adxo Media.
- Processing Time:
- Adxo Media will refund your remaining amount within 1-5 working days after receiving the customer’s confirmation of the closing balance.
- Customers can receive the refunded amount within 5-10 working days depending on the payment methods and each international payment gateway.
- Top-ups made through PKR payment gateways will be refunded in 3-6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you cancel the subscription at the closing rate listed in the State Bank of Pakistan in the respective bank through which they topped up the account.
Note: Adxo Media will not support refunds if customers get our ad account suspended for any reason.
This policy is applicable to all Adxo Media clients who are Adxo Media Client Portal users and TikTok Ad account users issued by Adxo Media.
