1. Fines:
    • $200 for a suspended account.
    • $100 for a violating account.
  2. Trademark or Copyright Violations:
    • If an account is found running trademark (TM) or copyright-infringing content, Adxo Media has the right to revoke the ad account immediately. The lessee will be subject to a fine of $100.
  3. Warnings from TikTok or Adxo Team:
    • If an account receives a warning from the TikTok or Adxo team, Adxo Media will be forced to revoke the running account. Re-granting the account will be considered if the lessee commits to comply with the policy.
  4. Compensation for Suspended Accounts:
    • If the account is suspended due to the customer’s fault, the level of compensation is $200. Adxo Media will determine the fault and make the final decision.
  5. Refunds:
    • Adxo Media will not support refunds if customers get their ad accounts suspended for any reason.
